Puff pastry
English mustard
Prosciutto
Parmesan
- Roll out the puff pastry a bit
- Layer with mustard, prosciutto and parmesan
- Roll up into a binocular formation, like two curled antelope tusks
- Freeze a bit, then cut into slices
- Put into freezer, brush with egg
- Place straight into the oven at 250 C, 10 minutes
- Yum!
